I’m never ever going to touch one ever again. That was a horrifying experience.

I went to a shooting range with work to concur my small fear of gunshots.

That did not help, the second i shoot the revolver; I flinched, screamed and let go of the gun and ran away from there as fast as i could. As all of this happend i could see all the little cute farm animals i have seen slaughtered in my life and all the evil in the world. It was terrible and horrible. I never want to try that again.

Got my bike and biked to the ocean, it was few minutes away sobbed there for 25 minutes and finally got strength to go home. Been sobbing here on and off for the last couple of hours. I hope my friend will be here soon. I still feel the gun in my hand and the shock from the gun and the noise.

That god awful sound. Damn the man that invented the gun.

All guns should be banned! The human is evil enough, we can kill each other and animals with out guns.

I’m a vegetarian now for sure!

So someone is going to end up unfollowing me after I post this.

I’ve seen something going around about fighting back against the “bikini body” standard; aka if you have a body, no matter what the size or shape, it is a bikini-ready body.

Please stop giving people an excuse to not be fit. Please stop giving people an excuse to embrace u healthy lifestyles.

Congrats that you feel comfortable enough in your own skin to wear a bikini, regardless of your size. Cool. While you’re parading around, I’ll be at the gym, sweating my ass off trying to better myself. Because you know what? I was given ONE body. I am fighting a war against myself, and nobody else, to be healthy. Do NOT knock people who are fit/trying to get fit/workout/motivate people because they are doing something for themselves, just like you do something for yourself while you put on your bikini.

I hate my body, but I also love my body. I love it enough to want to make it better. I’m not getting fit and losing weight to fit some male stereotype. I’m losing weight and getting fit because the sight of stretch marks, cellulite and stomach fat makes me sick. I want to feel good about myself when I look in the mirror and see abs, quads, biceps. So you can take your plus size bikini body and be proud, but don’t assume that since I work out and haven’t had the guts to buy a bikini yet that I am trying to conform to the media’s version of “the perfect woman”
